Udayan Walvekar is a highly accomplished founder and growth leader with over 11 years of experience in the industry. As the founder of GrowthX, Udayan has created a social learning platform for the top 1% growth leaders, with a focus on founders, product, and growth functions. Currently, he is leading the charge in driving innovation and growth in the industry. Prior to founding GrowthX, Udayan served as the First Growth hire at Razorpay, where he built the product growth team and drove growth across all business lines of the company. He was responsible for building growth assets across the website, onboarding and dashboard, notifications, and more. Udayan also worked on up-sells, cross-sells, adoption, and retention from a product lens. He transitioned to a Product Manager role, where he drove growth across all products of Razorpay, with a primary focus on onboarding, engagement, and retention. He was also the primary business owner for mobile app and freelancer payments, from the inception to GTM to growth. Udayan has also worked as the First Growth hire at Sokrati, which was later acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network. He has also provided growth consulting to various startups in San Francisco on product growth and product marketing. At the age of 24, he cycled 2700 kilometers to the highest motorable road in the world at 5,602m (18,379ft) above sea level.
